The Uselessness Of Umbrellas

Mother Nature is a bitch.
We've just had a week of 70-degree weather, and now she goes and messes it up by giving us wind and rain. I hate wind anyway, but when it's raining and I'm trying to operate an umbrella, I hate it even more.
Anyway, I was waiting for my bus today (OK, so I could have driven. But I didn't. I was in my environmentally-friendly mood this morning.) Anyhoo, I got up to the bus stop and it rained. So I put up my umbrella. So it started blowing a gale. So my umbrella blew inside out.
Which I'm very annoyed about. Understandably I would have been less annoyed if the weather forecast hadn't predicted sunshine all day.
