PFFT!! to eBay

This sordid little tale begins on Sunday 13 April. I won an eBay auction for a CD (price £1.99, postage £1.00) and sent off the cheque the next day (ie Monday 14th). Two weeks later there's still no sign of the CD, so I email politely asking the man just where in all fiery Hell my CD is. I get a half-arsed response three days later saying "Sorry...have had the flu." Yeah right. Anyway, with this attempt at an email came a promise that he would post the item the next day. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until the weekend of 3rd May (since post only takes a day to arrive I thought I was being quite generous). Still no sign, so email no. 2 was sent out, which included me being... well, quite agitated. Not rude, but you could tell I was pissed off.
Got a reply two days later asking me to confirm my item ordered and my address (this was last Monday, by the way) so I thought "fair enough, I guess the jerk could have lost it" so I gave it.
The cheque was cashed on Wednesday 7th, which would have meant that even the slowest seller would have dispatched by Saturday. Anyway, STILL no sign of this CD, so today I've fired off yet another email. More strongly worded than the last. Again, it's not rude, but it's blatantly obvious that I'm pissed off.
So, whether this CD will actually turn up or not remains to be seen. I have never had such awful service from eBay (I've made 12 purchases altogether) and it's kinda put me off. Although I must say, this guy seems to be such a prat it's just not funny. 31 days down the line and there's still no CD... just what the f*** is that about?!
PFFT!!! PFFT!! to that seller, and PFFT!! to eBay for letting him trade.
