What the fuck is going on with gasoline prices?

Granted OPEC is trying to limit production to jack up oil prices but what the fuck do they think is a good price for a fucking barrel of oil??

PFFT! to the OPEC, and when is somebody gonna make a car that runs 100 miles on a gallon of water?
